The Englefield Estate is following Government advice in relation to the spread of Covid-19 and whilst we are taking all necessary steps to continue with business as normal, it is likely that some disruption will occur.
Our primary concern is to protect the health of our occupiers, staff and contractors. With this in mind, we will contact you in advance of an appointment or visit to confirm your current health status and to find out whether you are self-isolating. Where this is the case, only essential repairs will be undertaken. Non-maintenance related visits may instead be postponed or take place via phone.
Depending on how our own staff and contractors are affected, it may be necessary for us to provide a reduced service. We would ask you to please bear with us whilst we prioritise calls and requests.
