Englefield Estate
Quintessentially Foundation chose the Englefield House and Estate for the second year running to stage its flagship charity event, raising over £270,000 for Walking with the Wounded and Dallaglio Rugby Works.
The 150 guests who attended the clay pigeon shoot on Thursday 18th May were treated to breakfast and lunch prepared by ‘Sausage and Pear’ – Dorset’s award winning caterer, as well as being escorted between five simulated drives in a fleet of Bentley Bentaygas – Bentley’s new luxury SUV.
Guests included retired England rugby union captain, Lawrence Dallaglio, who founded Dallaglio RugbyWorks charitable foundation in 2009.
Olivia Watts, Quintessentially Foundation’s Business Development and Event Manager, commented “The day was a resounding success raising considerable sums of money for Walking With The Wounded and Dallaglio RugbyWorks. This year’s total surpassed the 2016 total by an incredible 25% and we couldn’t have achieved this without the support of the Englefield Estate, so thank you very much indeed.”
