The Englefield Estate owns and manages a variety of residential and commercial properties across West Berkshire and North Hampshire.
The homes we provide range from two bedroom cottages to larger farmhouses situated in local villages and the surrounding countryside.
Our commercial properties provide work space for local businesses and include storage units, offices, yards and workshops in mainly rural locations. In addition, there are a number of retail and office premises in Newbury, Wokingham and Windsor. From time to time we also have land available for leisure uses, including horse grazing, however this is usually in high demand.
We value our long-term relationships with occupiers and many of our properties have been home to local families and businesses for many decades. When they become vacant, we undertake a programme of refurbishment overseen by our in-house building team to update our properties, improve energy efficiency and open up spaces to suit modern living and working.

Tenant supportThe Englefield Estate is a modern, flexible organisation but one mindful of its heritage. Estates are of course about land and buildings but most of all they are about the people who work there, live there, make their living from it or use it for their leisure. Running a successful business is important but so is protecting the environment and playing a full role in supporting the wider community. This has always been at the heart of what the Englefield Estate does and is reflected in our Mission and Vision.
Englefield Village sits at the heart of the wider Englefield Estate. It is a vibrant community incorporating a range of housing, businesses and community organisations.
The Englefield Estate is proud to support a range of educational establishments and initiatives across our community. From passing on our love and knowledge of the countryside through our Countryside Days for Schools to supporting the Ufton Court Educational Trust.
Farming on the Estate continues to make an important contribution to the rural economy, our landscape and the environment, whilst supporting many livelihoods and local communities.
